Modifying Existing Customers and Businesses

<< Back to Customer Overview

• Go to the Customer Tab within MediBooks.


• Search for the Customer/Business required (Details of how to search are available in Searching )


• Select the Customer you wish to Modify by Double Clicking on the Customer Number link (Displayed in Blue).


• Once you have opened the Customer Card, you will be able to Modify the details in required fields.


• Once you are satisfied with your changes, Click [Save].


If the details on the Customer Card appear “Greyed Out”, then the Customer is likely to have been imported from EMIS. Any Modifications for imported customers will need to be done within EMIS. Please see Syncing a MediBooks Patient from EMIS for Details.
